Fastest is the “Report” button on the club or event page: the report reaches a moderator with the link and the context. Review takes up to 7 working days. About a specific person’s behaviour, write to us for now, with a link to their profile.
A safety threat at a meetup
If you are in danger right now — call 112 first, then us. Report what happened by email with «Безопасность» in the subject; we handle those out of turn.
Personal data and rightsholder claims
A request to access, correct or delete your data — by email from the address on your account; we answer within 30 days. Rightsholder claims go under article 15.7 of 149-ФЗ, by the same email.
What you don’t need to write to us about: disputes over payment and refunds are settled directly with the organizer — we take no part in the settlement, details in the payment terms. Answers to common questions are in the help section.
